Updated list of countries under Decree-Law no. 145

Pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 2 of Decree-Law no. 145/2020, the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and of Health of the Republic of San Marino have updated the list of countries for which it is necessary to report entry to San Marino and undergo health checks, even though they belong to the European Union and/or the Schengen Area.

The restrictions will come into force from midnight on Wednesday, 23 September.

Updated list of countries:

1. Bulgaria

2. Croatia

3. France

4. Greece

5. Malta

6. Romania

7. Spain

Those coming from these countries, in addition to countries outside the EU and not part of the Schengen Agreement (except for the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Principality of Andorra, the Principality of Monaco and the Vatican City State) are obliged to report their entry into San Marino to the e-mail address viaggiareinformati@esteri.sm, providing their details (name, surname, Social Security Number, telephone number, e-mail address, country of origin and date of travel). 

Outside office hours, they may report their entry into the Republic to the Inter-agency Operations Centre at the number (0549) 888888, while for any health information it is possible to call the number (0549) 994001.
