The Consulate of the Republic of San Marino is pleased to announce that Miss Giulia Bragagni is representing the Republic at the One Young World Summit 2026, taking place in Cape Town, South Africa, from 3 to 6 November 2026. Bringing together outstanding young leaders from across the world, the Summit serves as one of the foremost international platforms for dialogue, collaboration, and leadership among the next generation of global change-makers.

Miss Bragagni’s participation reflects San Marino’s enduring commitment to fostering youth engagement in international affairs and supporting initiatives that promote sustainable development, peace, innovation, and responsible leadership. Her presence at the Summit provides an important opportunity to contribute San Marino’s perspectives to global discussions while strengthening ties with a diverse network of emerging leaders from more than 190 countries.

Held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) and other landmark venues across Cape Town, the 2026 Summit will address many of the defining challenges and opportunities of our time. Discussions will focus on themes including peace and security, the future of employment and artificial intelligence, climate action, healthcare access, gender equality, food security, ethical leadership, entrepreneurship, and international cooperation.

The programme features contributions from a distinguished array of international figures, including Professor Muhammad Yunus, Maria Ressa, Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah, Forest Whitaker, Tawakkol Karman, Sir Bob Geldof, and Juan Manuel Santos, among many others whose work has had a significant impact on global policy, development, human rights, and peacebuilding.

Particularly fitting for the Republic of San Marino, the Summit’s agenda places strong emphasis on multilateral dialogue, democratic participation, social inclusion, and the role of young people in shaping a more peaceful and prosperous future. Through engagement in plenary sessions, workshops, and international exchanges, Miss Bragagni will have the opportunity to contribute to discussions that seek practical solutions to shared global challenges.

The Consulate commends Miss Giulia Bragagni for this important achievement and extends its best wishes for a successful and inspiring participation at the One Young World Summit Cape Town, 2026. Her representation of the Republic underscores San Marino’s belief in the value of international dialogue, youth leadership, and constructive cooperation among nations.
