The Consulate of San Marino is proud to celebrate another outstanding achievement by the San Marino team, as drivers Guido Guerrini (San Marino) and Artur Prusak (France), supported by the Consulate, secured an impressive second place at the Scotland round of the 2025 Bridgestone FIA ecoRally Cup.
Held across the scenic Scottish countryside, this leg of the championship posed unique challenges for the competitors — from navigating left-hand traffic to adapting to distances measured in miles instead of kilometres. Yet, the Gass Racing duo once again demonstrated their experience and resilience, delivering a powerful performance that earned them their 11th consecutive podium finish.
The victory not only reinforces San Marino’s leadership in sustainable motorsport but also strengthens its position at the top of the overall FIA ecoRally standings, with Czech driver Zdarsky close behind in second.

The event was more than just a race — it was a celebration of green innovation, cross-border collaboration, and shared commitment to a more sustainable future. Prof Maurizio Bragagni OBE, Consul of San Marino to the United Kingdom, attended the event and offered unwavering support to the San Marino team throughout the competition.
Speaking after the race, Guido Guerrini said:
“A special thanks goes to the Consul of San Marino in Great Britain, Maurizio Bragagni, who attended the event and supported the blue and white team throughout the entire competition.”
This season, Guerrini and Prusak have already raced across Europe — from Valencia to Monte Carlo to Dundee — and their consistent performance continues to raise the profile of San Marino’s commitment to environmental progress and technological innovation through motorsport.
The team now sets its sights on Switzerland, where they will compete in the E-Rallye du Chablais at the end of August. With momentum on their side, San Marino hopes to defend its lead and continue inspiring others to drive change — both on and off the track.
