Legalizzazione dei documenti

Tutti i documenti ufficiali rilasciati da un'autorità britannica devono essere legalizzati per entrare in vigore a San Marino.

I documenti devono avere un timbro Apostille, che può essere ottenuto da:

Legalisation Office – Foreign, Development and Commonwealth Office
P.O.Box 6255 – Milton Keynes MK10 1XX
Tel.: 03700 00 22 44
Indirizzo web: www.gov.uk/get-document-legalised
email: legalisationEnquiries@fco.gov.uk

After legalising the documents, they need to be translated into Italian by a certified translator and notarised.

Those who need to translate documents from Italian into English will need to contact a professional translator from the Yellow Pages, on the internet, or alternatively, please get in touch with one of the traduttori nella lista preparata dal Consolato Generale d'Italia a Londra.

Citizens need to mail the original documents (after having them legalised & translated into Italian) to the postal address of the Consulate of San Marino in London for further processing.
