Following the ceremonial Trooping the Colour<\/a> event held in central London, celebrating His Majesty King Charles III’s birthday, Consul Maurizio Bragagni met with His Excellency the High Commissioner of India to the United Kingdom<\/a>, HE Mr Vikram K. Doraiswami, for a diplomatic discussion on current international affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting, which took place in a spirit of mutual respect and cooperation, offered an important occasion for the two representatives to exchange views on pressing global issues, particularly focusing on the importance of multilateralism in addressing today\u2019s complex geopolitical challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consul Bragagni reaffirmed the Republic of San Marino\u2019s longstanding commitment to peaceful dialogue, international collaboration<\/a>, and the upholding of multilateral institutions. His Excellency the High Commissioner echoed the importance of sustaining open diplomatic channels and enhancing collective approaches to issues such as global health, economic resilience, and climate change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exchange also touched on the evolving global landscape and the role of small states and emerging powers in shaping constructive international agendas. Both parties recognised the need for reinforced cooperation, inclusive dialogue, and renewed trust among nations in order to uphold a rules-based international order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting concluded with an agreement to continue fostering dialogue and to explore opportunities for further engagement in multilateral fora.
