In September 2023, the State Congress of the Republic of San Marino appointed him as Alternate Governor to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ebrd.com\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">European Bank for Reconstruction and Development<\/a> (EBRD).<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/consolatosanmarino.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2020\/10\/Maurizio-2.jpg\" alt=\"Consul Maurizio Bragagni\" class=\"wp-image-600\" width=\"324\" height=\"324\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.consolatosanmarino.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2020\/10\/Maurizio-2.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.consolatosanmarino.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2020\/10\/Maurizio-2-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.consolatosanmarino.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2020\/10\/Maurizio-2-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 324px) 100vw, 324px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Dr Maurizio Bragagni, a well-established Italian-British entrepreneur, and CEO of Tratos UK Ltd, is a dynamic and decisive leader in new market identification, and strategic positioning, and with a proven excellent ability to incorporate <a href=\"https:\/\/tratosgroup.com\/news\/cable-innovator-takes-queens-award\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">innovative management techniques<\/a>, systems, processes, and procedures that enhance business practices and drive organizational objectives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Honorary Consul of San Marino to the UK, he is making an immense contribution to promoting and nurturing friendly relations between the UK and San Marino, as well as sharpening his diplomatic and consular skills to the level of a global businessman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consul Maurizio Bragagni has been able to use his skills in managing so successfully the Consulate of San Marino in London, which during the current Covid-19 pandemic has been able to mobilise and despatch a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.esteri.sm\/on-line\/en\/home\/news\/articolo1014197.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">great help to the Republic of San Marino<\/a> and beyond. In recognition of his merits during the COVID-19 emergency relief to the Republic of San Marino, he was awarded the <a data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.consolatosanmarino.uk\/en\/order-of-saint-agatha\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.consolatosanmarino.uk\/en\/order-of-saint-agatha\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Equestrian Order of Saint Agatha<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 12 June 2021, Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, awarded him the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegazette.co.uk\/London\/issue\/63377\/supplement\/B1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Officer of the British Empire (OBE),<\/a> with the motivation&nbsp;<strong>\u201cFor Business and voluntary political service\u201d.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chartered Director and Fellow Member of the Institute of Directors, Dr Maurizio Bragagni now exercises his roles according to the IoD Code of Professional Conduct.
